Which shop is suitable for SAP Business One?
The customer Taoasis was already using SAP Business One merchandise management and now wanted to offer an online shop. In order to avoid duplicate product and customer carethe shop should be connected to the existing merchandise management system.
An analysis of the requirements showed that Shopware is both a suitable e-commerce solution, as well as through a Connector to SAP could be connected.
The connector had to support the following requirements:
- Synchronisation of orders, products, customers
- Stock synchronisation
- Multilingualism
- Different customer groups
- Article attributes (properties via free text fields)
- Different V-prices
- Price rules including graduated prices
- Variant articles, grouped articles
- Tracking information (dispatch)
- Returns management
