The embedding of the job overview per iFrame is child's play, but there are numerous disadvantages. These include
- the display is output differently by web browsers
- the positions do not fit harmoniously into the design of the website
- for search engine optimisation (SEO), the integration is not beneficial and can even have a negative effect.
- More here
A somewhat better solution is integration via a PHP code. This method is somewhat more flexible in terms of visualisation, but has the disadvantages that
- the display options are very limited
- the individual jobs are nevertheless outside the website (link to details opens a new URL (Personio subdomain)
- for search engine optimisation (SEO), the integration via PHP code is also not helpful, as the locations are outside the own website
- Programming knowledge in PHP is required for insertion and customisation
The plugin Personio Integration combines the advantages of a technically simple and the advantages of a native integration.
The central maintenance of vacancies and applicant data remains with Personio.
Vacancies and job listings fit natively into the existing design of the website and are for search engines like Google and & Co (SEO) indexable.
