Propstack WordPress plugin: A comparison of 4 solutions
If you want to display property listings from the Propstack CRM on a WordPress website, you have several options. These differ mainly in three respects: how the data is transferred, how much they cost, and which additional plugins they require.
In short: There are four popular WordPress solutions for Propstack. The Connector for Propstack (laOlaWeb) integrates Propstack directly via the API and is the only one available free of charge in the official WordPress directory. Frymo According to the provider, it uses the OpenImmo standard and requires Elementor Pro. WP Estate Agents is a one-off licence offering a very wide range of features and OpenImmo import via FTP. WP Import for Propstack It also uses the Propstack API, but is an add-on for the WPCasa plugin.

API or OpenImmo: What’s the difference?
This is the most important technical difference between the solutions and often determines how complex the set-up will be.

FAQ about the Propstack WordPress plugin
There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Three questions are key: Do you want a subscription or a one-off licence? Are you already using a specific page builder or WPCasa? And can you set up FTP exports or cron jobs on your server? The answer to these questions will usually determine the best choice for you.
Yes, the Connector for Propstack in the official WordPress directory. It is free of charge permanently and displays up to 10 properties on the website. The other solutions are subject to a fee, but some offer trial periods.
Technically, yes, as the property data is stored in Propstack and will be re-imported. The work involved lies in the URLs and templates: each plugin creates its own post types and slugs. If you switch platforms, make sure to set up redirects from the old property URLs, otherwise you will lose your existing search rankings.
It’s not essential, but it does help. The plugins render property pages as standard WordPress content, so that Yoast SEO, Rank Math or SEOPress can control the titles and meta descriptions. Make sure that property descriptions from Propstack do not appear word-for-word on portals such as ImmoScout24 – otherwise you’ll be competing with the portal for the same content.
