Our cooperation partner Evergreen Media from Innsbruck commissioned us to create a website that meets the high requirements of an SEO agency. Super fast loading times, first-class usability and an individual design could only be achieved in this combination with an own WordPress theme implement.
Gutenberg Editor as Page Builder
The PageBuilder "Gutenberg" integrated in WordPress has one advantage: it allows for a super fast website, as it is also kept very lean in the front-end output. The use of other PageBuilders such as Elementor or Avada was therefore out of the question in this case. In order to implement a modern and responsive design with the Gutenberg editor, its possibilities were expanded to include individual blocks.
In order to structure the content of the website, various custom page types were created. Of course, these had to be cleverly interlocked with each other so that the user could find relevant content at exactly the right place. As a result, the average visit time could be noticeably increased - an important user signal for Google and for a positive evaluation of the page.
