Bonus programme for Axians customers

Reference Axians

For Axians Cloud & IT-Automation GmbH, we developed a portal in 2021 through which the company can offer its customers a bonus programme. The developed portal is based on WordPress with the Premium Theme from Avada. It has been expanded with a WooCommerce shop. Existing customers can use their bonus points to book corresponding incentives on this portal.

Attractive presentation of incentives

The presentation of the programmes should be informative and attractive. Extensive information was discreetly integrated in the right places and emotional images support a visually appealing presentation. In addition, information is obtained from the customer during the booking process in order to process the booking in the best possible way.

Bonus points as currency

As the incentives were to be "paid" with bonus points, we installed our own artificial currency, which is managed by a WordPress admin in the respective customer account. If the customer books an incentive, their available bonus points are reduced accordingly. The website also explains how the customer can earn bonus points. The customer is informed accordingly if the account balance changes.
