Code of Conduct
What we do stand.
In collaboration, as a team and when using AI.
Since 2005, we have been developing websites and online shops for businesses, universities, associations and public sector clients. Technologies have changed frequently over this time, but our principles have not. On this page, we explain how you can judge us.
Our Code of Conduct
Since
2005
Technologies change.
Principles do not.

It is up to the individual to decide.
AI-powered.
01 / Collaboration
Our values in the Co-operation
01
Reliable
We keep our promises. Our fixed-price quotes are binding, and we plan deadlines realistically. You’ll have a dedicated point of contact, from the initial consultation right through to support after the system goes live.
02
Honestly
We offer honest advice and won’t sell you anything you don’t need. If an idea isn’t practical, the budget isn’t sufficient or another approach would be more suitable, we’ll tell you – even if that means less business for us.
03
Responsibly
You entrust us with your website, your data and, often, a significant part of your business. We handle this with the utmost care: using secure systems, ensuring our work complies with data protection regulations, and managing your budget responsibly.
04
Your satisfaction is our priority
For us, a project is only successful if it works for you. We have been working with many of our clients for years. We are proud of this, and we strive to achieve it every day.
02 / Team
Our Posture
The way we work is closely linked to the way we think. These are the beliefs we share as a team:
Open-minded and tolerant
We treat everyone with respect, regardless of their background, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation or disability. There is no place for discrimination here, either within our team or in our dealings with clients and partners.
Interested and curious
We want to understand your business before we build your website. And we remain curious about new technologies, try them out and are constantly learning.
Climate-conscious
Our servers run on green electricity, and we support the Eco-Lions – Leipzig Environmental Association. We also make sure our websites are streamlined and fast, as they use less energy.
03 / Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence: our stance
AI has become an integral part of the digital workplace, and this trend is unstoppable. We, too, use AI on a daily basis – for example, with our own AI agent for website migrations. That is precisely why we want to be open about the opportunities we see and the areas we are focusing on.
Opportunities
What AI makes possible
Greater productivity
Tasks that used to take days – such as transferring content from an old website – can now be completed in a matter of hours. You benefit from this through shorter project times and fair prices.
Greater scope for action
We invest the time we save in the areas where experience counts: in conceptualisation, design and consultancy.
More options
Many things that used to be viable only with large budgets are now possible, ranging from texts in plain language to bespoke features.
Risks
Where exactly we look
Greater complexity
AI adds another layer to technology. This does not automatically make systems simpler; in fact, quite the opposite is often true.
Loss of understanding
Anyone who accepts results without checking them will eventually lose track of what they are doing. Code that nobody understands cannot be run securely or developed further.
Safety
AI can generate errors and security vulnerabilities that are not immediately apparent. And any connection to an AI service raises the question of what data is being sent and where it is going.
Dependence
Anyone who relies on individual AI providers makes themselves dependent on technologies that may become more expensive tomorrow, work differently or are no longer available. Or that they may no longer wish to use, for good reason.
04 / Rules
Our rules for the Use of AI

The mind thinks.
AI-powered.
01
It is up to the individual to decide.
AI supports us. Decisions and responsibility remain with our team.
02
We understand what we are delivering.
We check every line of code and every piece of text ourselves. Anything we cannot explain does not go online.
03
Your data remains secure.
We do not enter login details or confidential information into public AI services.
04
Your website will remain independent.
It runs on WordPress, an open-source system that you own. AI helps us build it, but it is not required to run your website.
05
We are transparent.
If you wish, you can find out at any time where AI is being used in your project.
05 / Your feedback matters
You can tell by the fact that measure ourselves against.
These principles are not merely a formality for us. If you feel that we are not living up to them, please speak to us directly. We take all feedback seriously.
Direct · personal · confidential
