WordPress, themes and plugins are constantly evolving. Out-of-date software is the most common point of entry for attacks. We take care of the regular maintenance, carry out tests after every update and are on hand should anything go wrong.

Yes. The „Maintenance“ package takes care of WordPress maintenance with your existing hosting provider. Your hosting provider will continue to look after the server itself.
We usually update WordPress, the theme and plugins every two to four months. We install security-critical updates within 24 hours.
Our monitoring system automatically reports any outages. In the event of errors or an outage, we will restore your website from the daily backup.
The „Maintenance & Hosting“ package includes fixed response times: one hour for critical faults, and eight hours for all other issues (Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm).
Yes. Our servers are located in Germany, and we will provide you with a data processing agreement (DPA).
